Thank you, mahomet public library!
John, Rebecca, and Tammy visited from the Mahomet Public Library on Monday, September 25, to get students and staff signed up for library cards. 26 people showed up to get their cards! It was a great day, and while they were here, we also got some great new recommendations for our library. :) We're hoping to make this a tradition every September, which is National Library Card Sign Up Month.
Genrification is HERE!!!
The fiction books in our library are now organized by genre. Below, you can acquaint yourself with the labels you will find for each genre. If you ever need any help finding a book in the library, don't hesitate to ask Mrs. McFarlane or Mrs. Hinebaugh.
Let's taco bout the dewey decimal system!
Don't forget to reference our handy, dandy Dewey Decimal guide when you're searching for your perfect non-fiction read or research source. Find the subject area you need with the descriptions under the tacos, and then find the corresponding section in our green non-fiction shelves. Still having trouble? Just ask Mrs. McFarlane for some help!
